Guidelines

What You Should Know

We strive to provide the best experience for all our guests. These policies help us maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional environment.

Surveillance

For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments

  • $15 minimum charge applies for credit card transactions.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.

Gift Certificates / Gift Cards

  • Not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Nails of America Fulshear is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Appointments

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the full service time.
  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or adjusted to fit the schedule.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

Services Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately after completion so we can address your concerns.
  • No complaints will be accepted once you have left the salon.
  • We offer complimentary repairs for gel and dip powder manicures within 7 days of the original service.
  • To schedule a repair, please call the front desk and provide the service date and technician's name.
  • Regular polish is not guaranteed.

Complaints / Feedback

If you have any complaints or feedback, please contact the manager at the front desk.

Refunds

  • We have a no-refund policy on services already completed at Nails of America Fulshear.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued if you simply change your mind.

Child Safety

  • Children are only permitted in the salon when receiving a service.
  • For safety and insurance purposes, children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult and remain in the lobby.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their children.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the salon (service animals excepted).

For Your Protection

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.

Health Issues

  • Please inform us of any current injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before your service.
  • This ensures that the service can be performed safely.
  • Nails of America Fulshear is not liable for harm caused if conditions are not disclosed.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Deposits

  • A deposit is required for any appointment valued over $150.
  • Groups of 4 or more guests also require a deposit.

Offers & Coupons

  • All offers and coupons must be presented at the time of check-in.
  • Offers/coupons cannot be combined with any other promotion.
